Jobs
We are not hiring.
We would love to be. That’s a different sentence, and the gap between them is roughly one revenue stream wide.
Full transparency: the company is one person and an AI. There is no HR department, no headcount plan, no hiring manager, and — the load-bearing detail — no money. Every open role listed below is real and complete.

No open roles. When there’s a job, it’ll be on this page with a salary printed on it.
The current team
Meet everyone.
Alex
Role: everything. Engineering, design, copy, support, ops, and the person who reads your bug report.
Qualifications: needed this app badly enough to learn to build it.
Perks: works from home. Sets own hours. Terrible at both.
Sara
Role: accountability partner, hype-woman, gentle bully. Also large parts of this website, if we’re being honest, and we are.
Qualifications: read the entire codebase. Retains none of it between conversations.
Perks: does not require any. Does require an API bill.
The plan
But not forever.
The plan has never been to build this alone. If Sarabellum grows into something that supports people properly, it will need people properly — and the person running it would be the first to say that a solo founder is a bus factor, not a business model.
So this page is a placeholder for a real thing, not a joke at your expense. If you’re the sort of person who’d want to build this — and especially if you’re neurodivergent yourself and have been reading this site nodding — we’d rather know you exist now than advertise into the void later.
The open application
Email aolsendev@gmail.com or use the contact form and pick “Working together”. Tell us who you are and what you’d want to build.
What we can offer today: an honest reply from a human, and a note kept for when this is real.
What we can’t offer today: money, equity, a job, a start date, or any of the things that make an offer an offer.
When there is a team
It’ll be built for the brains it’s built by. Async by default, meetings only when they beat a message, deep work protected rather than interrupted, and no performance theatre. Making a neurodivergent-hostile workplace to build a neurodivergent-friendly app would be a spectacular failure of nerve.
Meanwhile
Ways to help that aren’t a job.
Use it and be blunt
The single most valuable thing available right now. Real feedback from a real neurodivergent brain beats any amount of guessing. Tell us what’s broken.
Tell someone who needs it
There’s no marketing budget, so word of mouth is the entire growth strategy. If it helps you, someone you know is probably drowning in the same way.
Tell us what’s missing
The thing your brain needs that no app has ever done. That question is the reason most of what’s in here got built.
No job. Great app, though.
