Eight seconds
Put it on your home screen.
It gets its own icon, opens full-screen with no address bar, and behaves like any other app on the device. It is, functionally, the app.
On iPhone
Open sarabellum.io in Safari, tap the Share button (the square with the arrow), scroll down, tap Add to Home Screen, then Add. It has to be Safari — iOS doesn’t let other browsers do this.
On Android
Open sarabellum.io in Chrome, tap the ⋮ menu, then Add to Home screen or Install app, and confirm.
On desktop
Chrome and Edge show an install icon in the address bar that gives Sarabellum its own window and dock icon. Or just bookmark it — honestly, that works fine too.

The fastest way to capture something on mobile isn’t opening Sarabellum. It’s Discord — where Sara lives, and where you already are.

Morning and evening nudges arrive on their own, so the check-in isn’t one more thing you have to remember to open. Focus-flow transitions ping their own channel.
The Discord gateway is being generalised for people who aren’t its author — right now it assumes one particular setup. Ask if you want in early.
Questions
Does it work offline?
Not really, no. Your data lives in a database in the cloud rather than on the device, so Sarabellum needs a connection to be useful. Offline capture is a genuinely good idea and not built.
Will there ever be a real iOS app?
That’s the plan — an App Store release is queued on the roadmap. It hasn’t been started, so there’s no date and anyone giving you one would be guessing. When it exists, this page will have a real badge on it and not a moment before.
Why not Android?
Because one person builds this, and two native platforms done badly is worse than none. The mobile web app runs on Android perfectly well — install it to your home screen and you’re getting the same thing everyone else is.
Is the home-screen version worse than a native app?
A bit. You get the icon, the full-screen window and the app-like feel; you don’t get native push notifications, widgets or offline. For the way Sarabellum is used — capture fast, check in, focus — the gap is smaller than you’d think.
